Accessories: 5% back
Discount items, complete bikes, labor, gift cards, shipping, rentals and tax are not eligible for any credit.
Rules:
Customers must spend a minimum of $500 to redeem their credit.
A credit is applied to an invoice in the form of a coupon that is tracked by your purchases.
A credit is never to be given out as cash only store credit.
Discounted items do not get any reward points.
Web Sales get Reward points as long as they qualify.
You may have to tell us at the register that you are signed up for rewards.
Not everyone is automatically enrolled in rewards.
Credits can be applied to purchases at any of our locations.
Returned items get negative Reward Points.
Reward Points Expire two years from the date of purchase (730 days)
Reward Points are redeemable in $25 increments.
Reward points are only redeemable with in store purchase.
We may restrict your receiving, use and redemption of member points in any manner, at our sole discretion.
Member points cannot be transferred to any other user or third party, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
You do not own the member points and have no title, interest or property right in the member points.
We reserve the right to change the way you may receive member points or to discontinue the Diablo Cyclist Rewards Plan at any time.
